Training for Candidates & Elected Officials

Candidates: Strengths, Values, & Purpose Training: In this training, candidates identify personal strengths, values, and purpose. The program enables them to differentiate themselves and confidently ask for support during their campaigns.

Through self-assessments, group discussion, and practice, participants will be able to confidently say: I am… I believe in… And as your elected official, I will be able to…

These strength and values-based statements provide a powerful, personal way to connect with others and an anchor during the pressures of campaigning.

Elected Officials: Leadership Training: This training helps candidates who are in office leverage their strengths and personal values to work effectively with others.

Through self-assessments, group discussion, and practice, participants grow their capacity to communicate their ideas, make decisions, build trust, and handle conflict - all in the service of getting results in their community.
